Heartland Girls’ Ranch has over 60 experienced and committed staff that provide 24-hour care to the girls in our programs. Program staff are the core of HGR's programming providing a 1:5 ratio (1:4 in the Hearts for Freedom Program) in service delivery ensuring that girls have every opportunity to experience a caring adult mentor and/or role model in their lives. All staff are extensively trained on cultural/gender competencies, trauma, and sexual exploitation.

HGR has a diverse board made up of 8 local professionals (male and female) from varying backgrounds including education, finance, accounting, education, business and agriculture. HGR also has considerable local support engaging more than 200 donors and volunteers each year who provide a variety of in-kind donations, time and monetary gifts to support HGR's programming.
